We know this move is daunting. We know that by the time that you have clicked on your umpteenth link, your head starts swimming.
You don't know if what you read applies to you and other people, and if you are on our Facebook group that can be even more confusing when people are talking about their application and their paperwork, and before you know it, it all becomes a big puddle of information.
You may have just landed in Ireland and realized there is a lot more admin than you thought previously.
You might have been in Ireland a few months or years now and may want to look at permanent residence or naturalization, maybe you want to bring a family member or find out about something in particular.
Sometimes, all you want to do is talk to someone.

2.Gold Package: Concierge Service
We are going to tailor-make this around you and your family’s needs.
The package will include 4 coaching sessions and then a private messaging service with Vicky and Megan where we will be available Mon-Saturday 10am-5pm (Irish time).
You don't need to search for answers, simply ask us in your private chat with us. We will answer all questions and investigate these questions for you making ourselves available to you and you alone. We are looking at this over a 4 month period, but we can do more or less months depending on your needs.
As such we will need some personal information and find out from you when you want to start the package and commence with the step-by-step process.
We will also have some on-tap additional services where we can find certain services for you. We already have a wide network of contacts, that include moving your money, booking flight, airport transfer and setting up your finances in Ireland among others – but we are looking at widening this and creating a network of people who will be available to our Concierge Gold Service partners.
We will be right with you through the practical steps, but also support you through the emotional part of this process. We have helped countless families make this move successfully, and our referrals in the business listings will vouch for that!

4. Eligibility check: The cost of this is €5
- This is for South African passport holders looking for work permits.
- We are very happy to help check that your careers make you eligible for the move.
- To do this, you make payment (see below how to do that) you email us on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will send you a questionnaire.
- Reply to that questionnaire and we will get back to you with a report on the findings on that career
- EU, Irish and British passport holders and their spouses do not need an eligibility check from us!
- You need to have a read on the process involved in your passport type and the members of your family who are joining you, and what the sponsor needs to do to sponsor their family. Click here for information by passport type
5. Vector: The cost for this is €30 for half an hour session (30 minute)
This section focuses on what you need to complete paperwork and applications.
However, if you just want to chat for 30 minutes we can do that too.
If you choose to do form filling:
Depending on the circumstances, is that is 1 set of documents or 2 sets in the allotted time with a couple of minutes to chat?
Time allowances next to these paperwork applications is an approximate time it takes to discuss or go through that application

6. Full coaching session: This is a 1 hour session for €50 (60 minutes)
You can choose to do 1 paperwork application or multiple paperwork applications, and the remainder of the hour is open to any questions you want to chat about.
However, if you just want to chat for 60 minutes we can do that too.
(Some of these applications we run through a slideshow with you on how this paperwork is handled)
Or use the entire hour just to chat or ask questions, it will be your choice, but let us know in advance which you would like to do so that we are prepared ahead of time

We encourage you to spend some time together before this session focusing on any questions you have so that when we start the session, we have some direction in which you want the session to go.

If there is more than one household who would like to attend a session together, the family rate is €75 for the hour

- You can then request an alternative time or accept the session.
- You send the completed forms back to us at least 2 days before the session
- You join on the day at the scheduled time. Please don't be late, as we are unable to run over the time allocated.
- If you are wanting to book a coaching session, we use paypal as the merchant to process your card in exactly the same way as becoming a member of the site.
- To do a Coaching or Vector session you need to be a member of the website. Price of the session does NOT include membership to the website, and website membership does NOT include a free session

Payments for Coaching and Vector should only be made if you are sure you are eligible (see above on eligibility).
If you pay for a session and are not eligible, we will focus the session on what you could do to become eligible.
If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, please do so at least one week in advance in order to make the session available for someone else.
You will be sent the paperwork on cancellation policies, so email us if you want to make certain BEFORE any payment is made.
THERE ARE ONLY 8 SESSIONS PER WEEK.
PLEASE DON'T LEAVE IT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO BOOK
AS WE ARE UNABLE TO ADJUST THE BOOKING TIMES TO FACILITATE THIS.
We are normally booked 3 weeks in advance.
Monday- Thursday 6pm South Africa time, and Saturdays and Sundays 10:30 and 11:30 South Africa time in Irish Summer and 11:30am and 12:30 South africa time in Irish Winter (in Irish summer the earlier slots and Irish winter the later slots, Summer and Winter clock changes happen late March and October)
As soon as payment is made, we book you in, as it's first come first served on the slots, so depending how the bookings look, will depend when we can fit your appointment in

Thrilled!
We enjoyed an hour chatting to Megan who was so easy to talk to. We knew we were eligible but needed to see if it would be feasible to make the move with our son turning 18 very soon. Megan gave us such practical advice and often, before we even asked questions she had answered them and incorporated more information which we had not even considered yet. We now have a goal and a time line even though we are still in the early stages of this process. We feel we have the support we need at hand to make this daunting move as smooth as possible. Such a Pleasure, very helpful and supportive
We have a difficult scenario for our application to get the family to Ireland and have quite a way to go, but decided to book a coaching session with Megan before my husband flies to Ireland to start our process. Absolutely amazing. So insightful and I feel 10000 times better after the session. Before this session I was so anxious, overwhelmed and had literally had no idea how to "start" the process. I urge everyone who is considering the move to Ireland ?? to make sure they book their session with Vicky or Megan. We were left feeling "we can do this"!!! We had all our questions ready but after going through the presentation almost every question and concern was covered. Our minds were put to ease about a lot of things we were worried about. I feel so much calmer!
The amount that needs doing can seem very overwhelming, but when Megan took me through it all, she distilled and clarified, which really did take a lot of the noise out of the whole process. Cuts a lot of noise out of the process!
There's a ton of info to get through and figure out what needs doing. Sitting down and having a chat with the team just helps narrow your focus down to what's important for your specific context. Everyone needs to do a coaching session. Hubby and I just had our map my move and vector session with Megan. The kids even joined in to say hi. I felt prepared for the move thanks to the website and Facebook but chatting and laughing with Megan just made it more real. Reuniting Family
Vicky did the interview with us. She was phenomonal. Our family have been apart due to dire circumstances with my husband, father and grandfather. He went over for a family funeral and due to Covid then a stroke could not return. We lost our business. We lost so much. Our family was seperated. I could not join my husband due to family circumstances back home. We had to get together again. Vicky gave us hope and an impossible situation now looks possible. With the correct guidance we will all be together again I'm sure. We have never met with such kindness, helpfulness and direction. Thanks you Vicky and Megan and your team. Joining our Family in Ireland
My husband of 40 years went to Ireland for a close family funderal. He fell and could not return on his flight. Covid hit and my husband, father and grandfather was stuck in Ireland with his family. Due to this stressful situation he had a stroke. We lost our family business back in South Africa. Wonder why I could not join him? Covid, I have a dependent daughter who has an illness and I am the caregiver for her child. It has been 2 years since we saw our beloved husband, father and grandfather. Realizing there is no way back for him we pursued going to Ireland....back home....as we are European by ancentry. We feel no longer wanted in S.A. sadly to say. With having close family members attacked and robbed our decision is made. However, because of so many difficult circumstances with our grandchildren and her father, it has been almost impossible in our minds to solve all the problems. With Vicky's guidance we have cried tears of joy, to see this Nation loves us and wants our family reunited. I have never experienced such gracious kindness in my whole life. We are not used to this! With the help of Vicky and her team we will all be together in time to come. My grand daughter drew a picture of us as a family just before her "Papa' left. WE were a family.. She said Granny you cant go to Ireland. You won't come back like Papa. Whats happened to our family. Soon we can tell her of our news.
