You may have just landed in Ireland and realized there is a lot more admin than you thought previously.

You might have been in Ireland a few months or years now and may want to look at permanent residence or naturalization, maybe you want to bring a family member or find out about something in particular.

Sometimes, all you want to do is talk to someone.

2.Gold Package: Concierge Service

We are going to tailor-make this around you and your family’s needs.
The package will include 4 coaching sessions and then a private messaging service with Vicky and Megan where we will be available Mon-Saturday 10am-5pm (Irish time).

You don't need to search for answers, simply ask us in your private chat with us. We will answer all questions and investigate these questions for you making ourselves available to you and you alone. We are looking at this over a 4 month period, but we can do more or less months depending on your needs.

As such we will need some personal information and find out from you when you want to start the package and commence with the step-by-step process.

We will also have some on-tap additional services where we can find certain services for you. We already have a wide network of contacts, that include moving your money, booking flight, airport transfer and setting up your finances in Ireland among others – but we are looking at widening this and creating a network of people who will be available to our Concierge Gold Service partners.

We will be right with you through the practical steps, but also support you through the emotional part of this process. We have helped countless families make this move successfully, and our referrals in the business listings will vouch for that!

4. Eligibility check: The cost of this is €5

This is for South African passport holders looking for work permits.
We are very happy to help check that your careers make you eligible for the move.

Reply to that questionnaire and we will get back to you with a report on the findings on that career

EU, Irish and British passport holders and their spouses do not need an eligibility check from us!
You need to have a read on the process involved in your passport type and the members of your family who are joining you, and what the sponsor needs to do to sponsor their family. Click here for information by passport type

5. Vector: The cost for this is €30 for half an hour session (30 minute)

This section focuses on what you need to complete paperwork and applications.

However, if you just want to chat for 30 minutes we can do that too.

If you choose to do form filling:

Depending on the circumstances, is that is 1 set of documents or 2 sets in the allotted time with a couple of minutes to chat?

Time allowances next to these paperwork applications is an approximate time it takes to discuss or go through that application

6. Full coaching session: This is a 1 hour session for €50 (60 minutes)

You can choose to do 1 paperwork application or multiple paperwork applications, and the remainder of the hour is open to any questions you want to chat about.

However, if you just want to chat for 60 minutes we can do that too.

Or use the entire hour just to chat or ask questions, it will be your choice, but let us know in advance which you would like to do so that we are prepared ahead of time

We encourage you to spend some time together before this session focusing on any questions you have so that when we start the session, we have some direction in which you want the session to go.

We will help with your worries and direct you to what might help you take some stress out of your life

If there is more than one household who would like to attend a session together, the family rate is €75 for the hour

The booking process for Vector and Coaching Sessions:

We need the person's name who made payment to link payment to email.
We will send the paperwork and a meeting request for the next available session.
You can then request an alternative time or accept the session.
You send the completed forms back to us at least 2 days before the session
You join on the day at the scheduled time. Please don't be late, as we are unable to run over the time allocated.
If you are wanting to book a coaching session, we use paypal as the merchant to process your card in exactly the same way as becoming a member of the site.
To do a Coaching or Vector session you need to be a member of the website. Price of the session does NOT include membership to the website, and website membership does NOT include a free session

When you have paid for a session PLEASE EMAIL US.

Payments for Coaching and Vector should only be made if you are sure you are eligible (see above on eligibility).

If you pay for a session and are not eligible, we will focus the session on what you could do to become eligible.

If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, please do so at least one week in advance in order to make the session available for someone else.

You will be sent the paperwork on cancellation policies, so email us if you want to make certain BEFORE any payment is made.

THERE ARE ONLY 8 SESSIONS PER WEEK.

PLEASE DON'T LEAVE IT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO BOOK

AS WE ARE UNABLE TO ADJUST THE BOOKING TIMES TO FACILITATE THIS.

We are normally booked 3 weeks in advance.

Monday- Thursday 6pm South Africa time, and Saturdays and Sundays 10:30 and 11:30 South Africa time in Irish Summer and 11:30am and 12:30 South africa time in Irish Winter (in Irish summer the earlier slots and Irish winter the later slots, Summer and Winter clock changes happen late March and October)

As soon as payment is made, we book you in, as it's first come first served on the slots, so depending how the bookings look, will depend when we can fit your appointment in
